Pricing · One product, every feature

One plan. Every feature on.

No premium tiers, no per-feature gates, no add-on creep. The biggest networks and the smallest single-chair shops run the exact same product.

One plan · Every feature on

The all-in plan.

Quoted on a call.

We're talking to early shops one by one — pricing is shaped to your shop, your size, your team. Tell us about the floor; we'll come back with a number on the same call.

No setup fees · Month-to-month · Cancel anytime
— Three pillars —

The philosophy underneath.

01

One product, one price.

No premium tiers that hide features behind higher payment. No per-feature gates. Everyone ships with everything. The smallest single-chair shop and the biggest franchise network run identical software.

02

Zero hidden add-ons.

Booking, commission, loyalty, inventory, reporting — features that shops genuinely need to operate aren't add-ons. They ship on day one with everyone, everywhere, every time.

03

Priced for reality.

Not a per-chair model that makes you hide revenue. Not a per-booking model that makes you bill out less frequently. Pricing aligned to the shape of your business, not the shape of our spreadsheet.

— What's included —

Everything in the product.

Most platforms charge for these as add-ons or higher tiers. Groom ships them on every install. Because if you can't run a barbershop without them, they aren't add-ons.

01

Booking + walk-in queue

Chair-aware calendar, drag-to-reschedule, walk-in queue, parking lot, automatic SMS reminders.

02

Commission + payroll

Templates, tier rules, payouts dashboard, statements. One-click pay run.

03

Inventory

Stock counts, low-stock alerts, supplier orders, COGS rolled into reports.

04

Loyalty

Visit-based and spend-based programs, tier rules, gift cards, automated rewards.

05

Referrals

Built-in referral codes, attributable rewards, and reporting on which clients send you the most new business.

06

Reports + intelligence

Peak Demand Heatmap, Barber Leaderboard, retention cohorts, forecasting.

07

Customer-facing website

A polished site on your own subdomain, fed by the same booking data.

08

Multi-location ready

Run one shop or fifty on the same install. The platform doesn't care.

— Three apps, one product —

One install. Three different doors.

Most platforms ship a single back-office app and call it a day — leaving the customer to download a generic salon directory and the barber to log into a desktop browser between cuts. Groom ships three role-specific apps from the same install, each designed for the person actually holding the phone. Same data underneath. Three completely different surfaces on top.

— I —

The owner app.

For the person running the shop.

The full back office in your pocket. Live floor view across every chair. Today's revenue, today's tickets, today's no-shows — at a glance. Approve schedule changes, run a pay period, push a marketing blast, answer a client question. Built for the owner who steps off the floor for ten minutes between cuts and wants to know exactly where the day stands before stepping back on.

  • Live floor view + chair-by-chair status
  • Real-time revenue, tickets, no-shows
  • One-tap pay-run approval
  • Push marketing campaigns from the road
  • Approve schedule changes + time off
  • Read and reply to client messages
— II —

The barber app.

For the person behind the chair.

A tool for the cut, not a database for the manager. The barber sees their day, their tips, their commission, their clients — and nothing else. Check in walk-ins, run the POS, mark a no-show, glance at next week's bookings, see the tip that just came through. No mode-switching. No accidentally landing in someone else's calendar.

  • Personal day view — only your chair
  • Live tips + running commission total
  • Walk-in check-in + queue management
  • Take payment for the cut you just finished
  • Client notes + history at the chair
  • Request time off, swap shifts
— III —

The customer app.

For the person sitting in the chair.

Branded as your shop — your name, your colors, your logo on the icon — not ours. The client downloads what looks like an app the shop built itself. Book the next cut, see loyalty progress, store payment, refer a friend, get a reminder when it's time for the next visit. The kind of app a chain like Drybar or Sport Clips would spend a million dollars to build, shipping on day one for shops with two chairs.

  • White-labeled — your shop's brand, not Groom's
  • Book in three taps, including walk-in queue
  • Loyalty progress + reward unlocks
  • Stored cards + auto-pay + tip-on-app
  • Referral code + attribution back to the client
  • Smart reminders — "You're due for a fade."
FAQ · 06

The questions everyone asks.

How do I get a price?

Book a demo and tell us about your shop — how many chairs, how many barbers, single location or multiple. We'll quote you on the same call. No drawn-out procurement, no waiting on a sales engineer.

Are payment processing fees extra?

Card processing runs through Stripe at standard Stripe rates. Stripe pays out directly to your bank. We don't take a cut of your transactions on top of what we quote — that's a hard rule.

Will the price change as the shop grows?

If your floor changes meaningfully — you add chairs, add a location, hire a wave of new barbers — we'll have a conversation about it. No surprise upgrades, no auto-bumping you to a higher tier in the night.

Is there a contract?

Month-to-month. Cancel anytime. We don't lock anyone in — if Groom isn't earning its keep on your floor, you shouldn't be paying for it.

Can I keep my current website?

Yes. Use Groom's customer-facing website on your own subdomain, or embed the booking widget into the site you already have. Most shops use both — Groom's site for SEO, the embed for their custom marketing pages.

What if I want to leave?

Export your full client list, booking history, and revenue records in CSV — anytime, no support ticket. Your data was always yours.
